Samsung Galaxy Note 16gb Swap for Iphone 4/4S ?

Hi i have Samsung Galaxy Note 16gb model in black that i am looking to swap for an iphone 4 or 4s 16gb. The Galaxy Note is unlocked and mint condition. It comes with a charger, usb cable and a 2gb sd card for more memory. It is also up to date with the latest android software available for the model at the moment (4.0 ice cream sandwich). I do not have the box for the phone or the stylus it has. A replacement stylus can be purchased but i never used it anyway. I want to swap for an iphone 4 or 4S 16gb that is either unlocked or locked to vodafone. Not fussy about box/ accessories as long as it has a charger/usb cable and is in very good condition.
