i have a jailbroken iphone 3gs 16gb with the box and accesories but no ear buds. the phone has a small crack at the back however near enough all 3gs has this. the volume rocker has come off but you can get it fixed for 5-10 pounds. it comes with cases and and extra housing to if you dont like the crack you can change the back or cover it with a case it does not effect the performance of the phone at all. if you have any questiona ask. sensible offer welcome i am selling to i can save up for a 4s i have attached some screenshots so you can see the phone works
